The job

As Software Engineer at AH Technology, you contribute to the improvement and optimization of the omni-channel experience of millions of Albert Heijn customers. Using the latest technology, you transform the ever-changing insights in the world of shopping and payments into code that works. In short, you use your programming skills to develop, test and implement new functionalities, together with your team.

In more detail, at AH Technology you will:

  • Manage the checkout & payment experience in the Albert Heijn stores, website and app.
  • Develop and improve new features for our customers.
  • Improve and develop algorithms to make the shopping experience easy and fun for our customers
  • Are responsible as a team for the performance and the quality of the checkout and payments at Albert Heijn.

    • Knowledge required:

    Kotlin, Microservices (Spring Boot), Kafka, MongoDB, REST API’s
    Experience with Payments, GraphQL is a plus.

    Starting date: beginning september 2023

    Hourly rate: approx 80-90 euro (excl btw including travel)

    32-40 hours per week (hybrid way of working)

    Location: Zaandam (next to Zaandam CS )
