We are looking for driven and ambitious Lead Operators.
What does the role entail?
As the person responsible for the production process within your department, you will actively participate in the production process and manage operators. You will coach and develop your team within the assigned focus area. You will ensure that the objectives regarding safety, food safety, quality, environment, and quantity are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for the correct reporting and documentation of events during the shift.

- Fixed-term employment contract (12 months) with the prospect of a permanent position.

Your key tasks
- Participate in and monitor the production plan, adjusting for deviations with a focus on quality and food safety.
- Generate and provide production control information.
- Ensure short-term staffing planning.
- Anticipate and report (potential) unsafe situations, behavior, and food safety.
- Act as a BHV team leader and be reachable via emergency number 222.
- Serve as a role model in following house rules and standards, ensuring correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Enforce company and safety regulations.
- Conduct conversations with employees, regular check-ins, and provide input for performance reviews to the Line Lead.
- Motivate, encourage, and address employees to enhance collaboration, work atmosphere, and results.
- Receive and process absenteeism reports, follow up and/or escalate HR-related tasks such as sickness absence, training, and development.
- Monitor the quality of the work of operators, escalate deviations to the Line Lead, and collaborate with departments to analyze and eliminate deviations.
The ingredients that make you who you are
- You have MBO 4 thinking and working level.
- You have knowledge of various parts of the production process. For this position, the job profile of Allround Operator Dough Maker, Bakery, or Packing is applicable, depending on the line you will be working on.
- For the role of Lead Operator, you possess the necessary knowledge and experience, which also applies to the position of Allround Operator.
- You are BHV (team leader) certified or willing to obtain this certification.
- You have leadership abilities or are willing to develop them.
