As a Field Service Engineer at Envirogen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and operation of our water and wastewater treatment systems. You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, conducting preventative maintenance tasks, and optimizing system performance. You will also work closely with our engineering and project management teams to develop and implement engineering solutions and participate in equipment installations and commissioning.
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should have a solid understanding of water and wastewater treatment technologies and possess the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in field service or a similar role preferably in the water or wastewater treatment industry.
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
