What will you do as a shipping Agent Zaandam?
Prepare shipping documents after goods have been picked and packed
Coordinate export documentation with the Customs team
Communicate with carriers about shipment pickups and deliveries
Maintain direct contact with customers regarding shipment status
️ Solve issues proactively and ensure smooth logistics operations
Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization

What are we looking for Shipping Agent Zaandam?
You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You have strong communication skills, a hands-on mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in customer and supplier relationships (preferred)
Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (ADR) or willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
Solid computer skills, including MS Office
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
Willingness to obtain a Certificate of No Objection (VGB) – costs covered
Flexibility to work during peak periods or holidays

A gross monthly salary between €2, – €3, (depending on experience)
A 1-year contract with prospect of permanent employment
⏳ A working week of 32-40 hours (negotiable)
