OurEngineering Enablement Department has a purpose to accelerate ourteams worldwide. Asan engineer in engineering enablement platform (EEP), you buildproducts and platforms for our engineers. You contribute directlyto creating a state-of-the-art, self-service eco-system of productsand automation. This is a mission you will not take on solo, but asa full-fledged member of the enablement team. FollowingInner-Sourcing principles, you will work with users and maintainersthroughout the whole organization to fit your ideas into the biggerpicture: Accelerate our product teams, so they can deliver qualitycustomer value quickly andautonomously.

ShadowCat revolutionizes evidencecollection for audit by automating the entire process andpresenting it in dashboards. Gone are the days of manuallygathering evidence such as screenshots or excel sheets. WithShadowCat, the more you align with EEP products, the more automatedyour evidence collection becomes.
ShadowCat alsoprovides deep insights into the efficiency of your softwaredevelopment process. By offering access to standardized metrics anddefinitions through intuitive dashboards, you can easily identifyareas for improvement and optimize yourworkflow.
Our mainresponsibilities:
- End-to-enddevelop our data platform built on Databricks &Kubernetes.
- Integrate new data sources(test automation results, deployments,vulnerabilities).
- Utilize data sources todevelop accurate and reliable metrics through automatedprocesses.
- Contribute to the design andimplementation of a scalable data platform architecture onAzure
- You are a part of the larger enablementcommunity and help us improve every day.
- Youwork with an “open-source and build yourself” mentality in acorporate environment:inner-sourcing.

- 5+ years of relevant workexperience.
- You have a good understanding ofdata engineering, data warehousing and softwaredevelopment.
- Experience working in a cloudenvironment (Azure).
- Experience with DBT,Python, Terraform and SQL.
- Experience withoptimizing performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of datapipelines and analytics workloads.
- Experiencewith develop CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, andinfrastructure as code (IaC) templates to streamline deploymentprocesses and ensure consistency.
- You likebeing in complex environments where not everything is clearyet.
- You’re pro-active and have a passion fortech.
- You enjoy coaching other engineers on theteam and helping them elevate the quality of their code to the nextlevel.
