About the Role
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of ACL Airshop’s Core IT Systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT Program and project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track appropriate resources for the project.
- Define and implement quality metrics and guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed on time.
- Create all project documentation and keep it up-to-date and accessible.
- Manage project scope and change requests.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools.
- Train and coach leaders and teams in Agile practices.
- Serve as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Facilitate scrum meetings and lead sprint, planning, demo, and retrospective meetings.
- Promote Scrum adoption and coach the Team in Scrum.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of changes resulting from the project.
- Resolve conflicts within the team and help find solutions to issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Min. 5 years of professional experience equivalent to an IT project manager. Certifications Prince2, Certified associate in project management (CAPM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner. Cloud development on Microsoft Cloud (Azure) and/or Amazon Web Services services is highly desirable.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: €50,000.00 To €70,000.00 Annually
