Job Description:
As an Operator Inpak in a 2-shift system, you will oversee our packaging process, where hosties are packaged daily. You will work in the food industry with the following machines:
- Robotarmen
- Transportbanen
- Etiketteermachines
- Besturingspaneel
- Palletiseermachines
Your team consists of 4 operators, 6 production staff, a team leader, and a technician. We invest in a pleasant workplace and listen to our colleagues’ needs, ensuring a respectful environment. There are growth opportunities to process operator A or B, team leader, or technical service technician.
This is what you will do:
- Set up and operate production machines
- Supervise several production staff
- Ensure timely supply of packaging and labels
- Resolve minor malfunctions
- Perform standard maintenance
- Conduct visual inspections
This is what you bring:
- One of the following:
- Proven work experience as an operator
- A completed diploma at MBO level 2 or 3 in process technology or engineering
- Experience in a physical job such as chef, bartender, waiter, instructor, technician, etc.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system:
- Morning (07:00 – 15:00)
- Afternoon (15:00 – 23:00)
- Rotation every week
- Monday to Friday
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
